Wings and Wheels Family Fun Day
Join us at the Tillsonburg Regional Airport for our annual Wings & Wheels Family Fun Day! View hundreds of classic cars alongside our collection of vintage Harvard aircraft. Flights are available for purchase by pre-booking at crewflights@harvards.com.
9am to 4pm on Saturday September 13, 2025, with a rain date of Sunday September 14. If required, the call to move to the rain date will made on Friday September 12 in the early afternoon.
Admission is by cash donation at the main gate. All donations go to support the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association.
No, we do not offer pre-registration. Registration is done on site at the event in the CHAA Welcome Centre.
Yes! Harvard rides are available all day, and can be booked at our flight ops tent located out near the flight line. You can pre-book a ride by emailing crewflights@harvards.com. Please see the details and restrictions on flying in the Harvard here: Come Fly with Us
At Tillsonburg Regional Airport, located at 244411 Airport Road, Tillsonburg, ON. Watch for road signs for the new entry route via Ostrander Road and Cranberry Line, as there will be no incoming Wings & Wheels event traffic allowed on Airport Road from Highway 19 and the airport entrance.
You can enter the draw when you register your show vehicle in CHAA’s Welcome Centre. This draw is only valid for owners of show vehicles.
We allow dogs on the grounds, but they MUST be on a leash, and you MUST clean up after them. Be advised that loud noises are expected occasionally from aircraft operations, so please take that into account if you decide to bring your dog.
Yes, we are an accessible event and offer accessible parking on site. Proper permits must be displayed on your vehicle. Please let the volunteers at the gate know if you require accessible parking, and they will direct you to the appropriate area.
Yes, we have the following food vendors planning to be on site:
- Skyway Cafe (located inside the airport terminal)
- Todd’s Dogs
- JTK Meat Shoppe
- Soda Street Dirty Sodas
- Lemonade Smash/Weenie Wagon
- 180 Coffee Co
Smoking is not allowed on show grounds, due to the presence of flammable fuels in aircraft and other vehicles. If you must, smoking is permitted out in the spectator parking area south of the airport terminal building.
No, we have no restrictions on vehicle type. In the past, we’ve had everything from motorcycles to tractors to a WWII Sherman tank!
Sorry, early entry is not permitted unless you are a volunteer or a vendor.
Yes, our friends at the Rotary Club of Tillsonburg will be holding a 50/50 draw, and their tent will be located just outside CHAA’s Welcome Centre.
Apart from the excitement of watching aircraft, our Kids Zone will feature lots of activities for those young enthusiasts, and we’ve partnered with the Tillsonburg Station Arts Centre again for this year. The Oxford County Library will be bringing their ‘Ox on the Run’ Mobile Library Unit, and there will also be emergency vehicles on site from the OPP Auxiliary and the Southwest Oxford Fire Department.
